This is not the first time I write about Mmmm. Mmmm is a really weird creative agency based in Madrid. They only work when they feel like to. They only express things when they have important things to say. But now, the Mmmm kids have prepared a very special guerrilla action. If you live in Madrid and you are at least a little bit upset with the idea of suffering a crisis because all the state agencies decided to speculate with the prices, then tomorrow is your day and Seseña is your place.
As Mmmm announce:
135 students from the first course at the Architecture College of the Madrid European University will get a bus and visit the “Residencia Francisco Hernando” hood, at Seseña, a litle town in Toledo, Spain. During the trip, the college Dean will introduce the new course using the bus PA system. Once they arrive to Seseña, the students will visit a show flat.
The students will leave the univeristy context and travel to a tiny city with 12.500 flats in the middle of nothing. For one hour they will face the experiencie of living on a phamtom city, as a result of the global house price crash. An urban moor with no shops and almost anyone living in. A place where finding a Bar is a hard task.
